Insurance

All insurance companies have their own guidelines that they are required to follow. Some companies will require used parts, some companies use Aftermarket parts and OEM (original equipment) parts. Be assured that we will work with each company and follow their guidelines to assure that your vehicle is fixed correctly and within the insurance company guidelines to help reduce the amount of out of pocket expense to you, as our customer. (Please be assured, that if the part is NOT one that we will offer our lifetime warranty on, it will not be placed on your vehicle).

We will work diligently on your behalf, as our customer, to assure that your vehicle is properly returned to Pre-Loss condition. And all accident related damages are fixed.

DIRECT REPAIRS

A direct repair is a Body Shop or Dealership that has a contract with an insurance company to be the companies' "eyes and ears" to the customer. To be a direct repair, Kansas Coachworks is, in essence, a "one stop shop" for you as our customer. You will not have to get multiple estimates or to provide our estimate to your insurance company or even wait for an adjuster to view your vehicle. We are the adjuster and will take care of this process for you.

We will get the approval from the Insurance company for the repairs. We will pre-order your parts (unless your vehicle is not drivable), to help eliminate the down time of your vehicle. We will also pre-arrange your rental car to be available to you when your drop off your vehicle and arrange the pick up of your rental from our location as well.

• Farm Bureau

We also work directly with any other insurance company to assure the same ease, comfort and quality that our direct repair insurance companies receive. You can be assured that you will be treated with the highest priority as our customer, regardless of which insurance company is involved, or if NO insurance company is involved.
